Faeber x Justin Zielke - Pendant No. 2

A process oriented collaboration between sculptor Justin Zielke and Faeber Studio resulted in a limited edition collection of unisex jewelry.

Pendant No. 2 is the first piece the artists developed in collaboration. 

Starting as a clay maquette, the design was developed by hand before being 3D scanned and eventually 3D printed and cast into bronze. The benefit of blending classical techniques with contemporary fabrication processes, was the sense of the artists touch we have been able to maintain.  

Pendant No. 2, has a innately human haptic quality, that speaks to the importance of process and classical technique that both Justin Zielke and Faeber maintain within their practices.
