Care & Policies
Each piece of jewelry from our studio is finished by hand with great care and maintains subtle qualities from our jeweler's touch that enhance the atelier nature of our work. We make your pieces in small made to order groupings, so as to never over produce. This helps to not only maintain consistence in quality, but to ensure that materials are consciously consumed.
Care & Repairs & Resizing
All repairs and professional cleaning will incur a fee to be determined at the assessment of the piece. Re-sizing starts at $75 per ring and has a 2-3 week turnaround. External repairs services for non-Faeber pieces are also available. Upon use of an external repair service, the six-month warranty will be null and void. Jewelry should be long lasting and we encourage you to reach out with any questions or inquiries you may have in regards to tune-up and maintenance.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges of unworn items within 1 week of delivery. Signs of wear or deterioration, will be taken into account at time of return. For all returns and exchanges you will be credited in full so long as the item is returned undamaged and unworn (minus the shipping cost) within 2 weeks of the exchange.
Items purchased on sale, through pop-ups, trunk shows and retail partners are not eligible for return. Items that you have received via exchange are not eligible for return. Items that are bespoke, One Of a Kind or customized are not eligible for return.
All items are made by hand and may take up to 2-3 weeks to be fabricated and delivered. Each product notes it’s specific delivery time on the product’s page. If you are on a tight time frame we suggest looking through our jewelry that is ‘ready to ship’. All items labeled ‘ready to ship’ ship immediately and arrive within a week of purchase (domestically). Made to order items also will arrive to you within 5-7 days of the ship date, unless expedited shipping is specified at checkout.
