Care & Policies
Each piece of jewelry from our studio is finished by hand with great care and maintains subtle qualities from our jeweler's touch that enhance the atelier nature of our work. We make your pieces in small made to order groupings, so as to never over produce. This helps to not only maintain consistence in quality, but to ensure that materials are consciously consumed.
Care & Repairs
We offer one complimentary repair or polish within the first year of every purchase made online. All subsequent repairs and professional cleaning will incur a fee to be determined at the assessment of the piece. External repairs services for non-Faeber pieces are also available. Jewelry should be long lasting and we encourage you to reach out with any questions or inquiries you may have in regards to tune-up and maintenance.
Oxidation & Cleaning
It's completely natural for both brass and fine silver to oxidize over time. To prevent expedited oxidation (tarnish) we recommend keeping your jewelry away from the shower, beach and pool and storing in a cool dry place. As oxidation occurs over time you can always brighten your piece up with the sunshine cloth included with your jewels at the time of purchase. This should help bring them back to their original shine.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges of unworn items within 1 week of delivery. Sale items can be exchanged for store credit only within 30 days of initial purchase. For all returns and exchanges you will be credited in full (minus the shipping cost) within 2 weeks of the exchange. Items purchased through pop-ups, trunk shows and retail partners are not eligible for return. Items that you have received via exchange are not eligible for return.
