In the 18th century Napoleon Bonaparte, fell madly in love with Josephine. Though their union was frowned upon, Napoleon's love persisted and he proposed with a striking two stone ring, the interior engraved with the sentiment "Toi et moi toujours”, which translates to 'you and me forever.' 

In the centuries since, the romantic tradition of this style has continued. One stone juxtaposing another, creating a unique harmony between the two.

In this contemporary take on the classic Toi et Moi ring a striking bi-colored andalusite is accompanied by a trillion shaped diamond, set in 14kt yellow gold. 

  • Trillion diamond is .05ct, 2.5mm.
  • Oval andalusite is .55ct, 6x4mm.
  • Ring band is a oval shaped comfort fit.         
  • For a wedding set we recommend pairing with the Fine Arch Band.
  • Quarter sizing and custom sizing available upon request.

This ring was hand fabricated in a 3rd generation family owned workshop in NYC, and is made of a recycled gold alloy.

The diamonds are ethically new mined natural diamonds.

The andalusite is ethically and sustainably sourced from Brazil. Andalusite is semi precious gem, none for its durability and bi-colored nature. This stone is durable and suited for everyday wear.
